This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager North America. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts in North America. The day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions. The Account Manager will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing competition, and presenting reports to the management team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant role
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and navigate the ICT marketplace
- Knowledge of subsea cable infrastructure and IP networks
- Familiarity with IXPs, Tier 1 operators, and global content providers
- Experience in the cloud solutions or digital gaming industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
